Email Help

If you have not been receiving emails from us here at Central Security or have been experiencing issues receiving reports or notification emails please follow the below instructions to add our domain to your email client whitelist or allowed/safe sender list.

We suggest you add our entire domain @centralsecurity.com to your whitelist so you can receive communications from anyone in our company. If your provider/client only allows full email addresses to be added then please add customerreports@centralsecurity.com

Please choose your email provider

Gmail

⦁ Log in to your Gmail at gmail.com.
⦁ Click the gear icon in the top-right, and select Settings.

⦁ Click on see all settings.

⦁ Click the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.

⦁ Click Create a New Filter.

⦁ In the pop-up window, enter @centralsecurity.com in the From field.

⦁ Click Create filter.

⦁ Check "Never send it to Spam"

Click Create filter.

Hotmail/Outlook/Live Mail

⦁ Sign in to your Outlook.com account from a computer.
⦁ Select the Settings icon (gear icon) at the top-right corner.

⦁ Select View all Outlook settings.

⦁ Select Mail.

⦁ Select Junk email.
⦁ Under the Safe senders and domains header, select Add.
⦁ Enter @centralsecurity.com then press the [Enter] key on your keyboard.
⦁ Select the Save that appears in the bottom-right corner.

Yahoo Mail

⦁ Navigate to "Settings" icon, then click "More Settings" from the Yahoo Mail menu.

⦁ Select "Filters"

⦁ Hit "Add" and enter @centralsecurity.com

AOL

AOL (version 9.0 or higher)
⦁ First, click on the "Spam Controls" link on the lower right side of your inbox screen.
⦁ A "Mail and Spam Controls" box will appear.
⦁ Now click on the "Customer Sender" list link and choose the "Allow email from ..." option.
⦁ Enter customerreports@centralsecurity.com then click "add" and "save."

AOL 8.0
⦁ Open your welcome email.
⦁ Click Add Address.
⦁ Enter customerreports@centralsecurity.com
⦁ Click Save.

Comcast/Xfinity

To add an Xfinity whitelist you can simply add the sender to your Address Book.
⦁ Log into your Xfinity account
⦁ Select Address Book in the top menu.

⦁ Then, select the Create Contact icon. Complete the name and email address of customerreports@centralsecurity.com then click the "Save" button in the lower left of the window.

If your email provider is not listed above, we suggest searching on Google for instructions of how to add a sender to the whitelist for your specific email provider or client.
